Policies
Please review these policies before booking a session.
Trial class
- The trial class is $10 — a one-time, no-commitment introductory session.
- It is assessment-based: Anne evaluates your child's needs and guides a lesson plan going forward.
Billing & subscriptions
- Subscriptions are paid once a month.
- If a subscription is paid for two months in advance, a 10% discount is offered.
- Pricing is per class based on session length and weekly frequency.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- If a class is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled class, clients will still be charged.
- With 24 hours' notice or earlier, the class fee will be reimbursed for cancellation or carried over if rescheduled.
- Classes rescheduled to take place the same day of the scheduled class incur no additional cost.
